Ostberg continue en ERC pour la saison 2024


Troisième au classement général pilotes au terme du championnat d’Europe des rallyes la saison passée, Mads Ostberg rempile cette année en ERC au volant d’une C3 Rally2 avec le soutien de Tagai Racing Technology et Citroën Hongrie, en compagnie de son copilote Patrik Barth.

Il croisera sur les spéciales d’Europe, le champion en titre sortant Hayden Paddon (Hyundai i20 Rally2 avec John Kennard) qui a confirmé hier sa campagne ERC 2024 mais aussi Jon Armstrong en Ford Fiesta Rally2 M-Sport.

Manche 8 : EA SPORTS WRC Championnat Planetemarcus


C’est déjà la dernière épreuve du championnat EA SPORTS WRC Planetemarcus qui a débuté le 14 février dernier. Direction l’Océanie pour ce huitième et ultime rendez-vous avec le rallye de Nouvelle-Zélande.

Les règles restent identiques pour cette manche avec un TOP DEPART ce mercredi 27 mars à 10h pour une durée de six jours jusqu’au mardi 2 avril 10h au volant de Rally2 sur quatre spéciales sélectionnées.

Hayden Paddon remet le couvert en ERC


Champion d’Europe des rallyes en 2023, Hayden Paddon a confirmé ce matin une nouvelle campagne complète en ERC cette saison au volant de la Hyundai i20 Rally2 en plus de son programme sur le championnat de Nouvelle-Zélande avec une i20 AP4 (version spécifique homologuée sur les championnats d’Asie-Pacifique).

Accompagné par le préparateur BRC Racing Team, Hyundai NZ, Hyundai Motorsport et Pirelli, il roulera sur les huit épreuves du calendrier 2024 toujours avec son copilote John Kennard.

Les engagés du rallye WRC de Croatie 2024


La quatrième épreuve du calendrier 2024 du championnat du monde des rallyes qui se déroule cette année en Croatie près de Zagreb va accueillir du 18 au 21 avril, 68 équipages dont 8 Rally1 et 25 Rally2.

Toyota Gazoo Racing va évoluer sur l’asphalte croate avec trois Yaris Rally1 confiées à Evans, Ogier et Katsuta. Chez Hyundai Motorsport, c’est le retour de Mikkelsen après le Monte-Carlo aux côtés de Neuville et Tänak. Chez M-Sport on retrouvera Fourmaux et Munster au volant des deux Ford Puma Rally1.

En WRC-2, vingt pilotes seront présents dont Rossel, López, Gryazin, Ciamin, Lindholm, Joona. Solberg absent et Pajari, Linnamäe, Greensmith engagés mais n’ont pas choisi cette épreuve pour marquer au championnat.

Hyundai sélectionne Mikkelsen en Croatie


Pilote de la troisième Hyundai i20 Rally1 2024 partagée cette saison entre Lappi, Sordo et lui, Mikkelsen après un Monte-Carlo relativement prudent où il a terminé sixième, sera de retour à nouveau sur asphalte en Croatie.

Une fois téléchargée sur votre PC / tablette ou smartphone, elle va vous permettre de vous préparer et de vous guider sur les spéciales pour trouver le meilleur spot possible avec l’aide de Google Street View. Pour une utilisation encore plus facile, vous retrouverez aussi désormais la notice d’utilisation (Google Maps ou Maps.me) à lire ici.

Note importante lorsque vous utilisez votre smartphone. Vous pouvez cliquer directement sur le rectangle en haut à droite (agrandir le plan) de l’aperçu de la carte ci-dessous. Ainsi la carte des spéciales s’ouvre sur votre application Google Maps de votre téléphone. Attention cependant depuis mars 2024, la Loi européenne a demandé de corriger quelques paramètres à Google, et vous pouvez rencontrer des soucis pour afficher la carte dans l’application. Ogier confirmé en Croatie avec la Yaris Rally1


Après une deuxième place juste derrière Neuville au Monte-Carlo, et avoir fait l’impasse en Suède et au Kenya, Ogier sera de retour avec la Toyota Yaris Rally1 sur le goudron de la Croatie avec son copilote Vincent Landais.

Une épreuve que le Français a remporté en 2021 avec la version WRC de la Yaris.
